  • 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. sliced scallions
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • snipped chives
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 1/4 Tbsp. thyme and chervil
  • 1/8 Tbsp. pepper

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except chives in blender or food processor.
