  • 3 chicken breasts, halved and filet
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1 c. cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 c. white wine
  • 1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
