- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. ground sage
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
- 1 lb. boneless chicken
- 2 tsp. butter or margarine
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1On waxed paper, combine flour, sage and thyme,

2Coat chicken lightly with flour mixture.

3In large skillet over medium high heat, in hot butter, cook chicken for 10 minutes or until browned on both sides.

4Remove and set aside.

5In same skillet, combine soup and water.

6Heat to boiling.
-
7Return chicken to skillet. Reduce heat to low.

8Cover and cook 5 minutes or until chicken is done.

9Serve with rice.
