- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. thyme leaves, crushed
- 1/8 tsp. rosemary leaves, crushed
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 2 boneless chicken breasts (4 oz. each), skinned
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. white wine (optional)
Directions

1In a pie pan, mix bread crumbs, salt, thyme, rosemary and black pepper.

2Dip each chicken breast in egg and then coat with bread crumb mixture.

3In a medium skillet, heat oil until hot.

4Saute chicken until lightly browned on each side, about 5 minutes.

5Add wine and bring to a boil; reduce.

6Serves 2.
