  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups ORE-IDA Diced Hash Brown Potatoes
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 cup sliced zucchini
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses

    Heat oven to 350F.

    Beat cream cheese and milk in medium bowl with whisk until blended.

    Add eggs; mix well.

    Stir in hash browns and pepper.

    Melt butter in 10-inch ovenproof skillet.

    Add zucchini and onions; cook and stir 3 to 5 min.

    or until zucchini is tender.

    Add potato mixture; mix well.

    Bake 25 to 30 min.

    or until center of frittata is set.
