- 4 medium potatoes
- 4 Tbsp. chopped herbs (sage, thyme, rosemary, etc.)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter
- 4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Peel potatoes, if skin is tough, otherwise scrub and rinse them.

2Cut into thin slices most of the way through.

3Use a handle of a wooden spoon to prevent knife from cutting all the way.

4Put potatoes in a baking dish and fan them slightly.

5Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter.

6Sprinkle with herbs.
