Herbed Sliced Potatoes

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 4 Tbsp. chopped herbs (sage, thyme, rosemary, etc.)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Peel potatoes, if skin is tough, otherwise scrub and rinse them.

    Cut into thin slices most of the way through.

    Use a handle of a wooden spoon to prevent knife from cutting all the way.

    Put potatoes in a baking dish and fan them slightly.
  5. 5
    Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter.
  6. 6
    Sprinkle with herbs.
