Herbed Stuffed Eggs

  • 12 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/2 c. garlic and herb-cheese spread
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped scallions
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimientos
  • 1/4 c. Grey Poupon Dijon or country Dijon mustard
  • sliced scallions (garnish)

Directions

    Halve eggs lengthwise.

    Scoop out yolks in a large bowl.

    Set egg white halves aside.

    Mash yolks; blend in cheese spread and mayonnaise, scallions, pimientos and mustard until smooth.

    Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg white halves.

    Garnish with sliced scallions and serve.
