- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. carrot, shredded
- 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. dried marjoram
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 1/8 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 3 c. cooked rice, cooked in chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Directions

1Cook onion, carrot, walnut, marjoram, thyme and rosemary in butter.

2In a large skillet over medium-high heat until vegetables are tender and crisp.

3Stir in rice and parsley; heat thoroughly. Serves 6.
