- 4 slices low calorie Italian bread (40 calories)
- 2 pkg. Hi-Energy Tomato Soup Supplement
- 1/2 c. water
- 5 oz. low-fat Mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash garlic flavor
- dash of thyme
- 1/2 lb. ground turkey
- onions, green peppers, mushrooms, etc., chopped
Directions

1Boil turkey in a cup of water until brown.

2Drain and set aside.

3Line pizza pan with bread slices and sprinkle with Mrs. Dash.

4Cook tomato supplement, 1/2 cup water, oregano, Mrs. Dash and thyme together until thickened.

5Divide into four portions and spread over bread.

6Cover each bread slice with 2 ounces ground turkey and sprinkle each with one ounce Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with onions, peppers and mushrooms.

7Bake at 450° for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
