Hickory Fish Bake

- 2 lb. fish fillets
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Directions

1Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.

2Arrange half the lemon slices in bottom of a shallow baking pan.

3Add fish in single layer.

4Place remaining lemon on top.

5Combine butter and garlic. Pour over top of fish.

6Add hickory to slow coals, place baking pan atop grill.

7Close hood and cook 25 to 30 minutes, basting frequently.

8Serve with lemon slices and butter mixture.
