- 13 cup fat-free cool whip
- 1 large egg
- non-fat cooking spray
Directions

1spray a mug with cooking spray.

2crack egg into mug.

3add cool whip, mix until smooth.

4add protein powder, mix until smooth (add water if needed).

5microwave on high for 2 minutes (more if needed).

6turn mug upside down to drop brownie onto a plate (cut to see if fully cooked).
