  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can mixed vegetables
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 pkg. cooked egg noodles
  • 1 1/2 c. tomato juice
  • garlic salt (as desired)
  • pepper to taste

Directions

    Brown beef and onions in skillet; drain.

    Add Worcestershire sauce.

    Stir in flour and mix beef well.

    In large pot, cook egg noodles and drain.

    Add to noodles, ground beef, mixed vegetables (drained) and 1 1/2 cups tomato juice.
