- 1/2 cup light soymilk
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup water
- 2 packets Sweet'N Low(R) zero calorie sweetener
- 2 black tea bags (or equivalent leaves)
Directions
-
1Place water, cinnamon, cardamom and bring to a boil. Add soymilk and return to boil. Add teabags (or equivalent tea leaves), remove from heat and cover. Let steep for 5 minutes and strain. Add Sweet'N Low(R) and stir to mix. Serve hot or chilled over ice. Makes 1 serving.
