- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup nuts
- 32 caramels (unwrapped)
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except the caramels, milk, and chocolate chips. Pour 3/4 of mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 pan.

2Bake for 10 min at 350 degrees.

3Melt caramels and milk together.

4Pour over baked crust.

5Mix together remaining crumbs and chocolate chips and sprinkle over caramel. Bake an additional 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
