- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 4 to 5 medium potatoes, washed
- 1 lb. carrots, washed
- 1 large onion, washed and peeled
Directions

1Cut potatoes into fourths.

2Cut carrots into sticks.

3Quarter onion.

4Make 4 to 6 hamburger patties.

5Place each patty on a square of aluminum foil.

6Place potato wedges, carrots, onions on top of each hamburger patty.

7Salt and pepper to taste.

8Fold the corners of the foil up together to form a sealed pouch.

9Place each pouch on baking pan.
-
10Bake at 350° for 1 to 2 hours until potatoes are done.
