- 1 pig stomach (medium size)
- 2 lb. sausage meat
- 1 medium onion, diced
- potatoes
Directions

1Dice enough raw potatoes so that when mixed with sausage and onion they will fill the stomach firmly.

2Salt and pepper filling to taste.

3Fill the stomach and sew all openings shut.

4Bake, covered, at 350° for about 3 1/2 hours.

5If cooked faster, the stomach might burst.

6About half an hour before serving, remove cover and any grease, and brown both sides.

7Slice to serve.
