- 1 lb. sliced bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 3 qt. fresh popped popcorn (unsalted)
- 1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. unsalted cashews or walnuts
- 1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cook bacon in large frying pan over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towel.

3Combine popcorn, noodles, cashews and cheese.

4Combine butter and seasoned salt; drizzle over popcorn mixture tossing lightly to coat.

5Stir in bacon.

6Spoon mixture into two 13 x 9-inch pans.

7Bake in 350° oven for 5 to 8 minutes or until heated through.

8Yield: about 4 1/2 quarts.
