Ingredients

  • 4 green pepper shells
  • 3 cut up wieners
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 16 oz. pork and beans
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1/4 c. catsup

Directions

    Precook the green pepper shells in boiling salted water 5 minutes. Drain and cool.

    Mix pork and beans, wieners, onion, brown sugar, catsup and mustard.

    Fill shells and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
