- 2 cans water chestnuts, drained
- 3/4 c. catsup or chili sauce
- 1 pkg. bacon
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
Directions

1Cut bacon in half.

2Wrap each water chestnut with half slice bacon; secure with toothpick.

3Place in large skillet.

4Mix catsup and brown sugar; add to skillet and stir to coat water chestnuts. Bring to boil, reduce heat to low and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5Tilt pan to drain off bacon grease (I use a turkey baster).

6Remove to serving platter; serve warm.
