- 2 cans French-cut green beans, drained
- 2 cans Shoepeg corn (white), drained*
- 1 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1 c. onion
- 1 (8 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 c. sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- small box cheese Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/2 stick butter
- 3 oz. pkg. slivered almonds
Directions

1Using a strainer bowl, drain green beans, corn and mushrooms. Chop green pepper, onion, and celery.

2Combine sour cream and shredded cheese.

3Blend with vegetables, put in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

4Top with crushed cheese Ritz crackers, butter and almonds.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
