  • 8 eggs
  • 6 slices bread, crumbled
  • 1 lb. Owens regular sausage
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 c. milk

Directions

    Cook sausage and crumble.

    Mix milk, salt, mustard and eggs. Pour over all other ingredients, tossing lightly.

    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
