  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 2 c. dried bananas
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Makes 2 loaf pans.
