Ingredients
- 1 lb. regular or hot sausage
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- chopped celery and chilies to taste
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 c. milk
- 6 to 8 eggs, slightly beaten
- 6 slices white bread, cubed
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Fry sausage in skillet.

2Drain, reserving 3 tablespoons to saute onion, green pepper, celery and green chilies.

3Mix all ingredients together.

4Place bread cubes in bottom of 9 x 13-inch greased casserole dish.

5Pour mixture over bread and add more cheese on top, if desired.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
