Ingredients
- 1 lb. grated cheese (Cheddar and Jack, mixed)
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped ripe olives
- 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chiles
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 2 tsp. wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
- 10 squirts Tabasco sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 loaves sliced buffet rye
- 2 loaves sliced buffet French
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except bread. Spread 1 teaspoon onto each slice of buffet bread.

2Broil until cheese bubbles.

3Makes approximately 150 (1 1/4 inch) slices.

4Mix can be made ahead and refrigerated or frozen.

5Thaw before using.
