Ingredients

  • 2 c. uncooked macaroni
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom or celery soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/4 Tbsp. pepper
  • 1 (12 oz.) can luncheon meat, cut in 1/2-inch slices

Directions

    Prepare macaroni according to directions on package; drain. Combine soup, milk and cheese until cheese is melted.

    Mix macaroni, cheese sauce, green pepper, onion and black pepper. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.

    Arrange luncheon meat on top of casserole.

    Bake in a 325° oven for 30 minutes.
