Ingredients
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 lb. Brazil nuts, cut in half
- 1/2 lb. pecan halves
- 1/2 lb. walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 lb. candied cherries, cut in half
- 1/2 lb. candied pineapple, cut in bite sized pieces
- 1 1/2 c. light cream
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cook sugar, cream and syrup to soft ball stage.

2Remove from heat and begin beating immediately.

3It will begin to thicken and change color.

4Add vanilla, candied fruit and nuts.

5Mixture will be thick and sticky.

6Pack into a waxed paper lined loaf pan. Press down firmly with a wet spoon.

7Place in refrigerator to chill.

8After a few hours it will become firm and almost white in color.

9Slice after 24 hours and cut each slice into finger lengths.

10It will keep soft for several months.
