- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. rum or 1 to 2 Tbsp. rum flavoring
- 1 qt. light cream (20%)
- nutmeg
Directions

1In large bowl, beat eggs until light and foamy.

2Add sugar and salt, beating until thick and lemon colored.

3Stir in rum and cream.

4Chill at least 3 hours.

5Before serving, sprinkle with nutmeg.

6Yields 12 servings (1/2 cup each).
