  • 1/2 c. ripe olives (cut in large pcs)
  • 8 Large eggs
  • 1/3 c. cream
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp. butter

    Beat Large eggs lightly with cream, salt, and pepper.

    Cut cheese into chunks, adding to Large eggs.

    Cook very slowly till almost set, stirring occasionally.
