  • 1 c. yellow raisins
  • 1 c. black raisins
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. red candied pineapple
  • 1 c. green candied pineapple
  • 1 c. red candied cherries
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs

    Heat oven to 300°.

    Line a 9 x 5 x 3 or 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan with waxed paper.

    Mix all ingredients and spread in pan. Bake until wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 1 hour and 45 minutes.
