- 2 Tbsp. white or dark rum
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. all fruit black cherry fruit spread
- 2 tsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 1/4 c. cold water
- 2 c. finely chopped, fresh pineapple or canned, crushed pineapple, drained
- juice of 1 lemon
Directions

1Combine rum, sugar and fruit spread in small saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat, whisking until blended.

2Stir in cornstarch mixture.

3Simmer, whisking 30 seconds or until thickened and bubbly.

4Remove from heat; stir in pineapple and lime juice.

5Serve warm.
