- 8 to 10 lb. fully cooked ham
- 2 c. pineapple juice
- 2 c. Burgundy wine
- 1 box dark brown sugar
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 12 whole cloves
- 1 c. raisins
Directions

1Trim off most of rind from ham.

2Place ham in Dutch oven.

3Add 6 cups of water, 1 cup of pineapple juice, 1 cup of Burgundy wine, half the brown sugar and cinnamon sticks.

4Bring to a boil. Gently simmer for about 20 minutes.

5Cool.

6Refrigerate in liquid, covered, overnight, turning once in liquid.
