- 6 to 7 lb. ham
- whole cloves
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. honey
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Cook ham skin side down.

2Before cooking, trim off excess fat and lightly score meat in two directions.

3Insert 6 to 12 whole cloves to taste.

4Heat until well blended the brown sugar, honey and lemon juice.

5Spread quickly over ham.

6Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.

7May be served warm or cold.

8Keep bone for seasoning for ham bone soup or beans.

9Double recice for a whole ham.
