- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 egg, separated
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. finely chopped Diamond walnuts
- 1 c. Sun-Maid raisins
- 1/2 c. apple jelly
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Combine butter, brown sugar, egg yolk, orange peel and vanilla.

3Beat until light and fluffy.

4Combine flour and salt.

5Shape into 1-inch balls, 1-inch apart.

6Press thumb gently in center of each cookie.

7In square pan, combine raisins with apple jelly. Fill thumb print with raisin mixture.
