- 1 lb. margarine
- 2 c. sugar
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3 c. plain flour
- 1/2 lb. candied cherries
- 1/2 lb. candied pineapple
- 1 c. flour
- 4 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Cream margarine and sugar.

2Add eggs and vanilla.

3Mix 3 cups flour, baking powder and salt.

4Add this to creamed mixture.

5In separate bowl, mix 1 cup flour with cherries, pineapple and nuts. Add to other mixture.

6Grease and flour tube pan.

7Bake at 250° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
