- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 c. diagonally sliced celery
- 1 (6 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
- 1 (6 oz.) jar pearl onions
- 1/4 tsp. dried rosemary
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
- 1/4 c. chicken broth
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Melt butter in a large skillet; add celery and mushrooms. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until celery is crisp-tender, stirring often.

2Add onions, rosemary, peas, chicken broth, salt and pepper.

3Cook until thoroughly heated.

4Makes 4 to 6 servings.
