  • 1 lb yukon gold potato
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons Good Seasonings Italian salad dressing mix (or 1 1/2 packets)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

    Slices youkon golds thin ( I use a mandolin on a thick setting).

    Place all ingrediants in a ziplock bag and shake to mix.

    Grease a cassarole dish and bake for about an hour, covered.
