- 1/2 lb. candied cherries (red and green)
- 1/2 lb. candied pineapple, chopped
- 4 c. chopped pecans
- box light brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 lb. creamy butter
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Beat eggs one at a time.

2Add sugar, butter and flavoring. Put salt and soda in sifted flour.

3Remove 1 cup flour to roll pecans and fruits in before combining in cake.

4Add floured fruits and nuts and mix well.

5Pour into a greased and floured Bundt or round cake pan.

6Bake 3 hours at 250°.
