  • 1/4 lb. sausage
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
  • dash of Tabasco
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • chopped parsley
  • green onions
  • mushrooms
  • toasted almonds
