  • 1 1/2 c. shell macaroni, cooked
  • 2 c. broccoli florets
  • 1 c. cauliflower florets
  • 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onion
  • 2/3 c. Italian or buttermilk salad dressing
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 tomato, chopped

Directions
