- 1/4 c. light cream
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Place butter in a 4-cup glass bowl.

2Microwave on High for 1 minute or until butter is melted.

3Add remaining ingredients. Beat with electric mixer until smooth.

4Cook on medium for 1 minute, beating every 15 seconds until thickened.

5Remove from oven and beat with mixer until light and smooth.
