- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
Directions

1Wash potatoes thoroughly.

2Cut lengthwise into wedges. Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a bowl.

3Shake potatoes in this mixture and lay in a baking dish.

4Pour butter over the potatoes.

5Bake at 375° for 1 hour, turning over after 30 minutes.
