- 1 c. celery, sliced
- 2 c. bean sprouts
- 4 Tbsp. oil
- 3 stalks green onions, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 to 4 c. cooked rice
- 1 c. meat of your choice (pork, chicken, beef, shrimp, ham)
- soy sauce to taste (about 4 Tbsp.)
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan or wok.

2Spread out the beaten egg and cook until done.

3Remove the egg and chop into small pieces.

4Add 1 tablespoon oil; heat the pan and saute the celery and bean sprouts.

5Remove and set aside.
