Ingredients

  • 1 c. celery, sliced
  • 2 c. bean sprouts
  • 4 Tbsp. oil
  • 3 stalks green onions, chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 to 4 c. cooked rice
  • 1 c. meat of your choice (pork, chicken, beef, shrimp, ham)
  • soy sauce to taste (about 4 Tbsp.)
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan or wok.

    Spread out the beaten egg and cook until done.

    Remove the egg and chop into small pieces.

    Add 1 tablespoon oil; heat the pan and saute the celery and bean sprouts.

    Remove and set aside.
