- 1/3 c. baking powder
- 4 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 2 c. shortening
Directions

1Stir baking powder, salt and cream of tartar into the flour. Cut in shortening and mix until like cornmeal.

2Store in airtight container at room temperature.

3Keeps about 6 weeks and may be used for anything Bisquick is used for.
