Ingredients
- 1/2 gal. water
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. oil
- 5 lb. flour
Directions

1Put water in a large bowl.

2Add sugar and yeast.

3Let set a few minutes.

4Add sifted flour, salt and oil.

5Stir until smooth.

6Add flour, a little at a time until you have a soft dough.

7Knead until it isn't sticky.

8Turn dough over and grease the top.

9Let rise in a warm place until double.

10Work down and let rise again.

11Make into loaves.
-
12Let rise until light and fluffy.

13Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.

14This makes 5 loaves.
