- 1 pkg. yeast
- 5 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- about 1 1/2 c. lard
Directions

1Use no salt.

2Mix flour and lard together until well blended. Put yeast in warm water; add to flour mixture.

3Add sugar.

4Mix together until well blended.

5Put flour onto table.

6Put flour mixture onto it.

7Knead dough 250 times or until it snaps back. Let raise 1 1/2 hours.

8Punch down.

9Let rise again for same time. Put into pans.

10Let rise 1/2 hour.

11Bake at 330° for 45 minutes.
