- 6 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 5 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. Crisco
- about 14 c. flour
Directions

1Put yeast in bowl, add water, sugar and salt; mix with mixer. Add flour, one cup at a time, as you mix.

2After about 3 cups flour, add Crisco.

3Continue mixing, adding enough flour until the dough is able to be put on board and knead for at least 8 minutes. Let raise until double in size.

4Then put in pans.

5Let raise again.

6Bake at 350° for about 25 to 30 minutes.

7Makes about 4 large loaves.
