Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. hot tap water
- 1/2 c. dry milk
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 3 1/4 c. flour
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, except flour and blend for 2 to 3 seconds.

2Stir into flour and let rise for 1 1/2 hours.

3Grease two 1 pound coffee cans and divide dough into them.

4Put lids on and allow to rise until lids pop off.

5Bake at 375° for 35 minutes.

6Allow to cool in can for 15 minutes.

7Remove and cool on racks.

8Bread can be stored in coffee cans.

9If a blender is not available, beat by hand or use electric mixer.
