- 2 lb. hamburger meat
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 large pkg. Cheddar cheese
- 1 can diced Ro-Tel
- 1 small can black olives
- 3 cans Old El Paso enchilada sauce
- 1 pkg. soft burrito shells (10 to 12)
Directions

1Brown hamburger meat, onion and olives.

2Heat enchilada sauce and Ro-Tel.

3In a long pan, lay a shell flat, add meat and sprinkle cheese and then sauce.

4Roll up shell and start with another one.

5Repeat until pan is full.

6Add remaining cheese, then add remaining sauce to top.

7Cook at 350° until cheese melts. Serve.
