- 500 grams flour, all-purpose
- 50 grams sugar
- 50 grams butter
- 7 grams salt
- 10 grams yeast, active dry
- 230 millilitres water
Directions

1In mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt, mix on low speed for one minute.

2Add water and mix on low speed for one minute.

3Combine butter and kneed until smooth and elastic, about 10 to 15 minutes at medium speed.

4Cover dough with towel and let rising at a warm place until volume double size.

5Punch the dough down and in to greased mini loaf pan, allow to rise for one hour.

6Bake at 200C degree for 35 minutes.

7Serve with jam or butter.
