- 1/4 c. dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2/3 c. water
- 1/3 c. cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1In a small bowl stir together 1/4 cup dry mustard and 2 tablespoons water; set aside.

2In 1-quart saucepan mix well 2/3 cup water, cider vinegar, sugar, flour and salt.

3Cook over low heat about 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.

4Remove from heat; stir in mustard mixture until smooth.

5Cover and refrigerate.

6Makes 1 cup.
